ALL OF OUR SEEDS ARE APPROVED FOR SALE THROUGH THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE'S SEED LABELING REGULATIONS. Starting December 2025, all commercial operations in Minnesota must use approved seed that has been tested according to Minnesota Department of Ag standards. For the best genetics that are approved for use in Minnesota, check out our catalog or contact us to develop your own signature strain!
