What is Vega Genetics’ germination guarantee?

If more than 30% of the seeds in your order fail to germinate under proper conditions, you may be eligible for a replacement in accordance with our Germination Guarantee Policy.

We believe elite genetics should perform as expected. If they don’t, we make it right.

To initiate a replacement request, you’ll need:

• Proof of purchase such as your order number

• If requesting replacements for more than 30% of seeds or for repeat claims, photo or video evidence of the germination method used

• Clear visibility of the packing slip and order confirmation

What is your germination policy?

We pride ourselves on a near 100% germination rate. While we cannot control your specific environment, we stand by our vigor. If you follow our Standard Germination Guide and encounter an issue with a pack, contact our support team with photos and we will ensure you are taken care of.

Do you offer "Bulk" or "Wholesale" for commercial facilities?
