Platinum Merlot is an isolated phenotype of the Aurora Merlot from Vega Genetics, which was created by blending two absolute legends in the industry: Northern Lights × Greasy Grapes. We then selected from dozens of phenotypes and back-crossed this one for its uniquely distinct traits! This strain is a monster yielder, boasting huge, frosty platinum buds on every branch!

Since this is the first round of back-crossing this chemovar has gone through, each seed is expected to produce a slightly different expression of the parent strains. Growers can look forward to discovering a range of flavors, aromas, and effects influenced by its rich genetic lineage. Growing Platinum Merlot BX1 feminized photoperiod Seeds

Photoperiod seeds allow you stretch the vegetative cycle out to grow your plants to a desired size before inducing flowering by switching light period timing.

Platinum Merlot grows quite vigorously, allowing cultivators of any skill level to see rapid results. The plant tends to stretch some from its Northern Lights genetics, which does lower the inherent risk of mold and/or bud rot. Although its genetics make this plant very robust, it is always a good idea to keep an eye on the environmental settings such as relative humidity and temperature to prevent mold.

Preferred Climate

Platinum Merlot plants love a more moderate climate. They do best in flower when kept between 77 down to as low as 65 degrees Fahrenheit. Humidity levels are best at around 50% in early flower and dropping lower than 40% later in flower. If growing outdoors, ensure the temperature is warm enough to complete the flower cycle.
